What is your teaching style / philosophy?
Classes should offer intelligent and creative sequencing so people will stay engaged, feel successful and become strong, but perhaps more importantly, each class should deliver a message that inspires.

What kind of students will love your teaching style?
People who like to laugh; people who want to become better versions of themselves; people who want a great workout but would rather poke out their eyeballs than grind out tedious and repetitive rounds of the same few moves hour after hour.

Who in the yoga world continues to inspire, mentor, and teach you?
I love the steady consistency and deep wisdom of Rod Stryker and am inspired by the flowery language and mythology of Sianna Sherman. I would also love to meet and take training with Maty Ezraty.

  • The world is your studio, your mat is the board, and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water and waves.  On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride!  Could there be a better way to spend your day?  

    Paddle out, do yoga, paddle back = 2 hours total.

  • Nothing fancy & nothing pretzel shaped. Get to know the basic postures with a focus on alignment and breathing. This class is equally great for beginners and experienced practitioners.

  • Taking our Classic Reformer classes up a notch, our REFORMER: FLOW small group classes are challenging, fast-paced and fun! You'll move through a variety of equipment: reformers, chairs, and matwork to boost your heart rate up, power up your strength and increase ROM and Flexiblity.
    These classes are taught in a small group setting for maximum efficiency. Your body will be fit and functional. LATE CANCELS LESS THAN 24 HOURS WILL BE CHARGED FOR CLASS.

  • A mix of Pilates corework & Yoga strength and stretch: PiYo is the best of both!

  • Get the benefits of private training on the pilates equipment, and a fraction of the cost! Small group sessions allow for personal attention and corrections, but give a fun, energetic workout that will improve posture, core strength and flexibility. *PRE REGISTRATION at least 4 HOURS IN ADVANCE and 24 hour cancellation policy.

  • A flowing, creative & well-rounded class for levels from advanced beginner and up.  

  • Yoga is an excellent cross training tool for athletes because it not only strengthens the muscles near their attachments at the bones, but it increases flexibility and generates balance between right and left, front body and back body, as well as upper body and lower body strength. All of these things create bodies that are more supple and less prone to injury. Add to that breath work for increase respiratory efficiency and the mental focus that meditation offers and you have the perfect completment to any sport or activity.
