What is your teaching style / philosophy?
Classes should offer intelligent and creative sequencing so people will stay engaged, feel successful and become strong, but perhaps more importantly, each class should deliver a message that inspires.

What kind of students will love your teaching style?
People who like to laugh; people who want to become better versions of themselves; people who want a great workout but would rather poke out their eyeballs than grind out tedious and repetitive rounds of the same few moves hour after hour.

Who in the yoga world continues to inspire, mentor, and teach you?
I love the steady consistency and deep wisdom of Rod Stryker and am inspired by the flowery language and mythology of Sianna Sherman. I would also love to meet and take training with Maty Ezraty.



Christina instructs the following:
  • RIDE & ROLL
  • Take on 25 minutes of RIDE intervals followed by killer core work and finishing some self massage and stretch to complete the journey. You’ll leave feeling calmly energized and CENTER(ed).

  • YOGA MEN
  • The yoga movement has become dominated by women and men have stepped to the sidelines, yet MEN are the ones who need yoga the most - and that is why we created this unique class just for MEN.

    Active stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness synergize for a potent practice that doesn’t just impact your day, but you week and even your life. Science shows that men who do yoga are more productive at work, better partners to their spouses, and generally feel better in their own skin.

    If not this class, feel free to attend any of the yoga classes on our schedule. Our women are welcoming - we love to see men in any of our classes!


  • VINYASA YOGA
  • The word vinyasa means “flow” and this class is a beautiful way to get your body, mind and spirit connected, deeply inspired and into that “flow state” where you can pursue your potential in life.
     
    Our instructors are creative and strategic, organizing your practice in a well-thought and purposeful way so that you get more than a physical workout out of these precious 50-minutes. You know you need it, so let’s flow.

  • GENTLE YOGA
  • Nothing fancy & nothing pretzel shaped. Get to know the basic postures with a focus on alignment and breathing.
     
    This class is equally great for beginners and experienced practitioners for those bodies who crave the steady and supportive practices of yoga.
