What type of student do you recommend take your classes?

Anyone that likes to get a sweat going and feel a burn! I think my classes bring something to the table for everyone. Students who enjoy high-energy classes and like to push themselves will leave feeling powerful and accomplished. 

What is your mission, your vision, what group exercise means to you?

My mission is to provide fun & creative classes that challenge clients mentally and physically. I want each client to walk away feeling successful and taken care of. Group exercise to me is a community of people coming together for the common goal of just "getting better". I hope each client feels they got a little better, a little stronger & a little happier after every class.

  • This is what you’re missing; our signature high-intensity interval training ride. Climb heavy hills, sprint through fast flats, jog up-and-down mixed terrains, and race against yourself in a class that will change your body and empower your mind.

  • CMB F.I.T. TRX

  • REFORM: POWER
  • Our REFORM: POWER small group classes are challenging, fast-paced and fun! Each class takes you through cardio, strength training and core work in a targeted and specific way for that “burns so good” feeling.
    You’ll do familiar moves like lunges, squats, pushups and planks, but when combined with the moving carriage you’ll get an extra challenge that will amplify your stability in a way that simply cannot be replicated any where else. Consider this a super-safe but effective full-body workout. It’s time to Power Up!
     
    NOTE: This class moves quickly and students must be able to change their own spring and manage their own props.  Please check with our CENTER Staff to see if this class is a right fit for you.

  • CMB F.I.T. LIFT
  • You’re busy and every minutes counts. We get it.

    The LIFT version of our CMB F.I.T. class still combines three proven fitness disciplines – yoga [for flexibility], pilates [for spinal stability], and functional interval training [resistance + high intensity intervals] but amps up the focus on strength versus cardio for a powerful twist on one of our most popular classes.

    Walk in with overwhelm, walk out with poise and purpose, feeling physically energized and mentally organized.
    Your day just got better.

  • PI:YO FLOW
  • Part Pilates, part yoga - Pi:Yo cranks up the intensity and speed of traditional Pilates and yoga to help you get the best of both of these potent fitness modalities.
     
    You’ll sweat, stretch, and strengthen in one low-impact, fun and body-sculpting workout PLUS you’ll finish with that oh-so-wonderful few minutes of final relaxation to set your day up with purpose and intention.

  • REFORM: CLASSIC
  • Get the benefits of private training on the pilates equipment, and a fraction of the cost! Small group sessions allow for personal attention and corrections, but give a fun, energetic workout that will improve posture, core strength and flexibility. 
     
    NOTE: Students must be able to change their own spring and manage their own props. Prior Pilates Reformer experience is required.

  • Take on 25 minutes of RIDE intervals followed by an upper body blast on our TRX suspension trainers for a well rounded workout that will leaving you feeling the perfect kind of fitness fusion.
