Settling into Summer


Summer is precious. Even though we still only have 24 hours in each day, it FEELS longer because of the bonus hours of sunlight and the natural boost that bubbles up from simply being more with nature. And yet, it's likely that you are looking back and wondering if you even HAD a June... where did it go? How can 1/3 of your summer be gone?

Don't panic. July is the month where the shift of our routine begins to settle in and the pace slows down. If you allow yourself, the contentment and relaxation that is inherently summer is waiting to be discovered and enjoyed. Drop you feet into the water with one of our SUP Yoga Workshops or make a weekend out of reconnecting with life at our Simply Be Retreat. The best is yet to come.
