Summer Youth Programming is Here!
By popular request, we are working on the details of our summer youth cross training athlete programs to include cross training conditioning for cardiovascular endurance, spinal mobility, core stability, as well as strength and yoga programming to compliment all of our student athletes during the summer. We have reserved our rooms and our teachers for the following days and times so that you might consider adding us into your kids summer programming. Each session is limited to 18 students, so we suggest early registration to hold your child's spot.
Tuesdays 11am - 12:30pm | Ages 10 - 12
Thursdays 1pm - 2:30pm | Ages 13 - 16
