Classes are for your daily practice and routine but workshops are for deeper discovery.   Our own instructors have a vast base of knowledge that gets concentrated on single topics, but we also pride ourselves on finding and bringing in the best our industry has to offer from Fargo, Minneapolis, Duluth and beyond.  

For retreats, let us be your travel concierge.  Well-thought and well-organized, you will have the option to learn and stay active all day, or the option to have some silent down-time to rest and restore in your own way.

The world is your studio, your mat is the board, and all the elements have been invited – sun, wind, water and waves.  On the water we learn to flow and enjoy the ride!  Could there be a better way to spend your day?  

Paddle out, do yoga, paddle back = 2 hours total.

Yogic Alchemy, as written about by David Frawley in "Yoga & Ayurveda", is based on the idea that we need to move to live, rest to restore, and be present and pure in our thoughts to transform.
 
During this all day retreat, we will be completely digital free.  Phones & devices will be checked at the door so that you can be free to learn, explore and enjoy the simple life.
 
Our one day itinerary will be as follows:
 
AM 9:00 Check In
AM 9:30 PRANA Practice for Vitality & Energy
AM 11:00 Paddle Pilates Session or Canoe Exploration (first registered, first choice)
PM 12:30-2:30 Semi-Structured Free Time & Lunch
- Sauna & Swim Time
- Other Camp Activities: hike / bike / tennis / etc.
PM 2:30 Campfire & Mala Beads [learn about the root mantra sounds & receive a personal mantra for your practice]
PM 3:30 OJAS Practice for Restoration & Rejuvenation [with lots of hands on adjustments]
PM 5:00 TEJAS Practice for Transformation = [Silent Hour for Japa / Mala Meditation, Hiking, Journaling]
PM 6:00 Reconnect & Reflect with food & wine
PM 7:00 Depart & Enjoy
