Classes are for your daily practice and routine but workshops are for deeper discovery.   Our own instructors have a vast base of knowledge that gets concentrated on single topics, but we also pride ourselves on finding and bringing in the best our industry has to offer from Fargo, Minneapolis, Duluth and beyond.  

For retreats, let us be your travel concierge.  Well-thought and well-organized, you will have the option to learn and stay active all day, or the option to have some silent down-time to rest and restore in your own way.

CENTER's 10th ANNUAL T-Day Gratitude Yoga Class

A "black friday" yoga class taught by our entire team to kick off your holiday season with intention, energy and good vibes. Join us this year for a twist on an old tradition as we team teach you through two hours of yoga (and adjustments!) to warm you up, tune you in, and stretch you out.  All proceeds from this workshop will go back into our Team's continuing education "bucket" so that we can continue to keep our content fresh and keep you inspired into the coming year.

PRICE: $30 one person / $40 for two people
 
Join the community of Whole Body Challengers and be inspired and inspiring!  Go from "fa-la-la" to feeling fantastic in four weeks. Combining the power of nutrition, movement & mindfulness, we'll inspire, rejuvenate and energize your entire being. Say "Hello" to the feeling good, looking good, doing good, REAL, you in 2018.
 
We eliminate (vegetarians please email us) all grains and packaged foods to a strict diet of vegetables, proteins & healthy fats. No dairy, no processed ANYTHING, no sugar, no alcohol (but we do get coffee!). For those who did the 7 Day Yoga Cleanse, this will seem like a breeze! Aim for three (3) meals per day, with no snacking. With the foods in this line-up, we want to become less dependent on quick carbs and more stable in our lives.
