WHAT TO WEAR

Clothing

You may be more comfortable wearing clothes that are breathable, fit well, and will wick the sweat away from your body. You can find these clothes in any sporting goods store, most department stores, or online. T-shirts, tank tops, sports bras, yoga pants, capris, tights, and shorts are all great choices.

Footwear

  • We recommend barefoot training for our CORE & Reformer classes. 
  • We recommend minimalist shoes for our CNTR Fit classes.
  • We suggest ride shoes with SPD clips, or tennis shoes.

Make sure your shoes are dry and clean.

 

WHAT TO BRING

Water

Bring a water bottle to fill at our water bottle fill station.  If you do not have a water bottle, water can be purchased at our coffee shop prior to class.

Towel

We provide sweat towels free of charge.  If you would like to use our locker room and showers, please bring your own towel.  If you would like to purchase a locker and laundry package, please inquire info@center-mn.com.

Equipment

We provide all props and equipment at our studio.  However, during COVID, we are recommending that you bring your own yoga mat if you own one.  

 

HOW TO SIGN UP

We strongly recommend that you sign up ahead of your preferred class to ensure that you have a spot.  Please note that while our Pilates Reformer classes are often waitlisted (a perk of transcend membership is the ability to sign up 90 days in advance), students almost always get in via the waitlist reminders function.  BE SURE TO INCLUDE YOUR CELL PHONE NUMBERS or you will not be alerted if you got in off the waitlist.

MindBodyOnline App

All our appointment-based businesses (studio, spa & salon) use the MindBody Scheduling software.  Download the app using the same email you have on file with us and your class packages should sync up.  ** A recent update has created some issues for those with older accounts.  If you are having trouble seeing your package or membership on your app, please contact us and we will straighten it out.

Website

You can also sign up directly from our website, which is what you'll do if you are on a computer and not a phone.  The app & website use the same software and your login details should be the same. 

Phone

Want to go old school or just have a few other questions you want to ask before you sign up?  Give us a call!  We still strongly suggest you purchase ahead of time (single class, 10-class pack, or trial month) when you are booking over the phone because we do not have a dedicated studio staff and your teacher doesn't always have the time between classes to walk you through.

   

ON ARRIVAL

Parking

Our space is not visible from the road and looks more like a driveway than a fitness center.  Rest assured, once you pull in, we have a dedicated parking lot with over 40 spaces.  Park in any open space.  In the rare event that our lot is full (special events, etc.), parking along the side of the drive is permitted.  

Check-In

We share our entrance and reception with our sister business CENTER Spa.  Access to our building for our studio peeps is going to be the first entrance you see when you pull in with the arbor over the doorway.  When you enter our building, you can check in with reception or, if you have signed up in advance, you can use our self-sign-in station iPads.  

Locker Rooms

We have a dedicated Women's & Men's Locker Room with a large number of day-use lockers (please contact us if you would like a monthly locker & laundry add-on to your membership).  Our women's locker room has 3 single-stall showers & 2 restrooms.  Our Men's Locker room has 2 single-stall showers, 1 restroom, and 1 urinal.  We do provide shower towels, but please bring your own toiletries. 

 

Fitness Studios

Your class will be located in one of our 4 fitness studios all located past the locker rooms and down the long hall.  

 

STUDIO ETIQUETTE

Phones

  • NO PHONES in the classroom unless absolutely necessary for emergencies.

  • Ringers OFF at all times in our space, but especially if you have to take it into class with you.

Tell Your Teacher

  • If you are new to the studio. 

  • If you have any injuries.

  • If you need to leave early.

STUDIO SPACES

STUDIO 1: Core Group Studio

This is the first studio you'll see on your left.  It has the big barn doors and is mostly used for all of our core / large group classes.

STUDIO 2: Reformer Room

This is the second studio on the left just past our studio reception & retail space.  

STUDIO 3: CNTR Fit Studio

This is the last door on the left.  You'll know it when you see the all the weights.

STUDIO 4: Ride Room

The only studio on the right, the lights are usually low and you can usually follow the sound of music.

 

LATE CANCEL / NO SHOW POLICY

Core / Large Group Classes (Barre, Yoga, PiYo):

Late Cancel: Within 5 minutes of class start.
Members: No charge.
Punchcard/Single Class Pass: Deducts one class.

Plus / Small Group Classes (Strength & Ride):

Late Cancel: Within 2 hours of class start.
Transcend Members: $5
Limited Members/Punchcards: Deducts one class.

Reformer Classes (Classic, Burn, Ride+Reform, PopUps):

Late Cancel: Within 12 hours of class start.
Transcend Members: $15 charge.
Limited Members/Punchcards: Deducts one class.

Waitlist Function:

Before the Late Cancel Window:

  • Spots are assigned in the order people signed up on the waitlist(s)
  • You’ll receive a text confirming your spot if more than 12 hours remain before class. Cancel within the policy if needed.

After the Late Cancel Window:

  • If someone late cancels, all waitlisted members will receive a text simultaneously.
  • First to respond gets the spot.
  • You’ll receive confirmation via text immediately if you get a spot.

 

Workshops

In most cases (unless otherwise noted online) the following applies to workshop cancellations:

  • more than 10 days of the event, we will give you full refund

  • between 3-9 days, we will refund 50% of your workshop fee

  • less that 72 hours, we do not offer a refund 

 

 

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS & SUSPENSIONS

MEMBERSHIP CANCELLATIONS
Membership cancellations must be done in writing at least 2 weeks prior to your next autopay date.   We do not refund for unused months or "just missed" transactions.   Please contact us at hello@center-mn.com for cancellations or suspensions.

 

MEMBERSHIP SUSPENSIONS
Membership suspensions must be done in writing and cannot be open ended.  Memberships can be suspended in a minimum of 2 weeks to a maximum of 8 weeks. Please contact us at hello@center-mn.com for cancellations or suspensions.

YOGA [Core Class]


Everyone who finds yoga starts it for a different reason.  Some want more flexibility, some come for strength, and others for calm.  Whatever your reason for beginning yoga, all our offerings at CENTER are designed to be accessible.  We also believe that yoga and its traditions and philosophies are integral to your experience so each class is meaningful and aligned with the instructor's authentic experience to their own practice.  If you’re brand new or seeking greater personalized guidance for your yoga practice, we do recommend booking a private session.

ALL LEVELS

Whether it’s your first class or part of your daily routine, this all-levels yoga class is for everyone. We meet you where you are—physically, mentally, and emotionally—helping you find balance, calm, and presence. Whether you’re looking to stretch, strengthen, or simply breathe and let go, this class is a welcoming space to do it all. Move, breathe, and feel good in your body, whatever your day calls for.

YOGA + MEDITATION

Dive deep into mindfulness and movement in this longer format / 75-minute session blending yoga and meditation. Begin with a grounding yoga flow to prepare the body, then transition into guided meditation techniques designed to calm the mind and restore balance. Perfect for those seeking a comprehensive mind-body practice, this class offers space for inner exploration and rejuvenation. Suitable for all levels.

VINYASA

Vinyasa means “flow”—the beautiful connection of movement and breath. In this class, you’ll flow through sequences at a moderate-to-fast pace that’ll help you release tension and reconnect to your body and mind. Whether you're looking to sweat it out or find your center, our instructors will guide you through a practice that makes the most of your 50 minutes, leaving you feeling refreshed, focused, and energized. Ready to flow?  Let's go!

WARM VINYASA

Flow freely in a warm, inviting environment set at 75–80 degrees. This dynamic Vinyasa class links breath with movement, creating a mindful and energizing practice. Expect creative sequences, gentle heat to enhance flexibility, and an uplifting atmosphere to leave you feeling both grounded and refreshed. Open to all levels.

GENTLE

This class is all about slowing down, tuning in, and being kind to your body. No fancy moves or pretzel poses—just simple, mindful movement focused on alignment, breath, and listening to what your body needs in the moment. The pace is gentle, allowing you to calm your mind, stretch deeply, and connect with your inner self. Come as you are, with an open heart and a curious mind—we’ll guide you from there.

MEN'S CLASS

This class is designed just for guys who want to enjoy the benefits of yoga without feeling out of place. You’ll get a mix of active stretching, deep breathing, and mindfulness that can leave you feeling stronger, more relaxed, and more focused—not just in your body, but in your life. Studies show that men who do yoga are more productive, better partners, and generally feel better overall. Classes vary in intensity, but you’ll always get something valuable—plus, maybe a post-class coffee with the crew!

PI:YO SCULPT

Yoga meets strength training in this combo class. Using bodyweight and moderate weight dumbbells, this is the perfect class for those who may typically shy away from a traditional yoga practice OR for those yogi’s who find themselves shy around dumbbell. Enjoy the physicality of a practice that lets you move, breathe, stretch and strengthen in a power-hour that combines the best of both.

UNWIND YOGA

Take a break from the hustle and settle into deep relaxation. Unwind Yoga is all about slowing down and giving your body the time and space it needs to fully rest and recover. In this restorative class, we’ll use gentle poses, props, and long-held stretches to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore your energy. Think of it as a reset for your body and mind—perfect for when you need to unplug, unwind, and feel completely renewed. Come as you are, and leave feeling deeply refreshed and balanced.

 

PILATES + CORE CLASSES [Core Class]

Pilates is one of the cornerstones of our fitness philosophies because of the emphasis on proper form and functional fitness that will take you from one decade to the next seamlessly.  Our mat classes are included in our regular memberships.  If you are interested in Pilates Reformer classes you will need a separate punchcard or a reformer membership.

PILATES MAT

A dynamic, total body workout utilizing focused movements with the support and focus of your breath to strengthen your “powerhouse”; abdominals, back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Pilates aids in strength, flexibility, mobility and posture and is a great stand-alone class but also an excellent weekly compliment for any athlete who is looking for a way to stay flexible, strong and injury free!

PI:YO SCULPT

Yoga meets strength training in this combo class. Using bodyweight and moderate weight dumbbells, this is the perfect class for those who may typically shy away from a traditional yoga practice OR for those yogi’s who find themselves shy around dumbbell. ABS + ARMS

Sculpt and strengthen your upper body and core in this focused, high-energy class. Designed to tone your arms and build a powerful, stable midsection, this session uses a mix of bodyweight exercises and light resistance to deliver a targeted workout that leaves you feeling strong and centered. Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications to suit everyone!

 

 

BARRE + MOBILITY [Core Class]

BARRE CLASS

A total-body workout that combines the best of ballet, Pilates, and strength training! In Barre, you'll use small, controlled movements to sculpt and tone your muscles while improving flexibility and balance. The class is upbeat and designed to challenge your body in new ways, leaving you feeling stronger, leaner, and more energized. No dance experience required—just bring your energy and a positive attitude!

MOBILITY

This class is all about freeing up your body and moving with ease. We use foam rollers and Yoga Tune Up balls to guide you through a mix of self-massage and dynamic stretching techniques that target tight muscles, improve range of motion, and release deep tension. Whether you’re recovering from a tough workout or just need to unwind, Mobility will leave you feeling more flexible, relaxed, and ready to take on the day!

 

CNTR Fit [Plus Class]

You’re busy and every minutes counts. We get it.  Enter CNTR Fit: Functional Interval Training to keep you strong, able-bodied and agile.  We have three different formats.  We recommend you start with TRAIN to learn the foundational movements, but each class has its own rhythm and flow so we encourage you to try them all to get the real feel.

CNTR FIT: Strength

Strengthen your body and empower your life. This class is all about building muscle, gaining power, and getting stronger with functional lifting. You’ll use barbells, pull-up bars, kettlebells, and more to challenge your muscles and push your limits. Designed to help you build lean, strong muscle and increase overall strength, this class is perfect for women who want to feel empowered and capable—without the pressure or intensity of traditional "CrossFit" style workouts. Whether you’re new to strength training or a seasoned lifter, we’ll guide you through safe, effective movements that support your goals. Come for the strength, stay for the empowerment!

 

CNTR FIT: Circuit

Ready to fire up your metabolism and get your heart pumping? Center Fit Circuit is your go-to class for a high-intensity, calorie-torching workout that combines the best of functional training and classic HIIT. You’ll move through a variety of movements targeting strength, endurance, and agility, using everything from dumbbells to bodyweight exercises to keep things fresh and challenging. This class is designed to keep you on your toes, boosting your fitness while building muscle, improving cardiovascular health, and toning your body. Perfect for those looking for an efficient, full-body workout in a fun and supportive environment. Push yourself, challenge your limits, and feel the burn!

PILATES REFORMER [Reformer Class]

The Reformer is one of the best known and most used pieces of Pilates Apparatus (equipment) and is one of our most popular programs. The Reformer consists of a sliding carriage which attaches to a spring system that allows us to quickly vary the resistance for each student making it an excellent class to bring various levels of students and abilities together and offer different challenges.  

PILATES REFORMER

Get ready to lengthen, strengthen, and tone your body with the power of the Pilates Reformer. This machine-based class focuses on controlled movements that engage your core, improve flexibility, and enhance overall muscle strength. With the added resistance of the Reformer, you'll challenge your body in all the right ways—no matter your fitness level. It’s a low-impact, high-reward workout that leaves you feeling aligned and strong.


REFORM: BURN

This class cranks up the intensity with slow, controlled movements that focus on time under tension—think muscle-sculpting, burn-inducing exercises. Based on the Lagree method, you'll work through deep, targeted movements with precise control and minimal rest to really feel the burn. It’s a music-driven, high-energy class that pushes your limits while strengthening and toning from head to toe. Get ready to challenge yourself and leave feeling stronger than ever!

REFORM: JUMP

This class cranks up the intensity by using our jumpboards for a low-impact cardio component to burn in a whole new way.  

RIDE + REFORM

Can’t decide between cycling and Pilates? Why not do both? In this dynamic combo class, you’ll start with an energizing cycle session that gets your heart racing, followed by a Pilates Reformer workout to sculpt, strengthen, and stretch your muscles. This class offers the best of both worlds—cardio to burn calories and Reformer work to build lean muscle and flexibility. A full-body workout that leaves you feeling strong, centered, and accomplished!

 

RIDE + COMBO CLASSES [Plus Class]

Our RIDE classes are the perfect cardio addition to our studio and our students agree as these classes fill up fast.  We teach in a "realistic" way which means that they are the perfect cross-training tool to build your road or MTB muscles.  We keep our room dark and our music loud, however, be prepared to feel more like a party than a workout.  SPD clips if you have 'em, or just regular shoes and you'll use the cages on the flip side of the pedals.  

RIDE 50

LPedal your way through a fun, high-energy workout that will get your heart pumping and your body moving! In this cycle class, you'll ride to the beat of motivating music while building endurance, burning calories, and improving cardiovascular health. Whether you're a seasoned rider or a first-timer, this class is designed to be accessible and empowering for everyone. Grab your bike and get ready for an awesome ride!

RIDE + REFORM [THIS CLASS IS CONSIDERED REFORMER FOR LATE CANCEL POLICIES]
