PURSUE YOUR POTENTIAL

MEET OUR TEAM

Teaching is our passion and we pride ourselves on educating our students along the way.  Every class is thoughtfully planned, form and function are prioritized, and every body is able to move toward their goals, whether mental or physical, in a safe and structured environment.  Whether you are interested in general class, small group classes or personal training for a more tailored approach, please check out our instructors and then send us a message so we can make sure you get the best experience possible.

We might not be the first gym you've ever joined, but we want to be the last.

TEACHING PERSONALITY

I'm generally upbeat and authentic.  I am a cheerleader, but I wouldn't describe myself as peppy.  I'm down to earth and practical.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Move or die!  I'm all about exercise to feel great NOW, but I'm really inspired by helping people keep their bodies moving as they age.  I want 80 to feel pretty good.  I am also very intrigued by the mental aspect of our health, how we speak to ourselves inside our heads is incredibly important, and also how we can use our brains to get more life out of each day by staying tuned-in.

TEACHING PERSONALITY
Fitness has been a passion of mine for awhile. I am most excited to encourage and help people with their fitness goals.

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
My goal as an instructor is to make the experience fun and help empower more people in their fitness journey. I recognize that everyone is at different levels, creating a growth mindset environment is important to me. In my classes we do just that by finding modifications while working with clients individually to crush their goals.

TEACHING PERSONALITY

Friendly, energetic and a tad scattered ????

TEACHING PHILOSOPHY

Student-centered, interactive, playful & most of all…have fun! I love delivering a challenging workout, but what I love more is individualizing workouts so everyone feels success and leaves class feeling good about themselves.  I believe people attend group classes because they not only appreciate the specifics of the class, but more so they enjoy the connection, comradery and accountability they share with their teacher and other students.

Teaching Personality:

Fun and Funny- funny ha-ha, not funny strange!  I believe in - and encourage - engagement in the power of group fitness in our supportive CENTER Community. When someone finds that connection, the "routine" of working out becomes something you actually look forward to.

Teaching Philosophy

I believe everyone has more in his or her tank than they think they do and being in a group setting can bring it out in you.  Whether it's finding those reserves as you kick into high gear in spin, or finding new movement, flexibility, or strength in yoga, this resilience and reserves are available to everyone.
