Teaching Personality:
Fun and Funny- funny ha-ha, not funny strange! I believe in - and encourage - engagement in the power of group fitness in our supportive CENTER Community. When someone finds that connection, the "routine" of working out becomes something you actually look forward to.
Teaching Philosophy
I believe everyone has more in his or her tank than they think they do and being in a group setting can bring it out in you. Whether it's finding those reserves as you kick into high gear in spin, or finding new movement, flexibility, or strength in yoga, this resilience and reserves are available to everyone.
