In this restorative class, we’ll use gentle poses, props, and long-held stretches to help you release tension, calm your nervous system, and restore your energy. Think of it as a reset for your body and mind—perfect for when you need to unplug, unwind, and feel completely renewed. Come as you are, and leave feeling deeply refreshed and balanced.
