TEACHING PHILOSOPHY
My goal as an instructor is to make the experience fun and help empower more people in their fitness journey. I recognize that everyone is at different levels, creating a growth mindset environment is important to me. In my classes we do just that by finding modifications while working with clients individually to crush their goals.

Heavy Lifting | Power Moves | Total-Body Strength
This class focuses on building strength through progressive lifting with barbells, kettlebells, dumbbells, and bodyweight resistance. You’ll learn proper form, lift heavier over time, and challenge your muscles with low-rep, high-effort sets. Don’t worry — no high-flying gymnastics or competition vibes here. Just solid strength training in a supportive, form-focused environment.
