Allison instructs the following:

  • A dynamic, total body workout utilizing focused movements with the support and focus of your breath to strengthen your “powerhouse”; abdominals, back muscles, pelvic floor, hips and glutes. Pilates aids in strength, flexibility, mobility and posture and is a great stand-alone class but also an excellent weekly compliment for any athlete who is looking for a way to stay flexible, strong and injury free!

  • Lagree-Inspired | High-Intensity | Full-Body Burn

    This athletic-style reformer class blends the precision of Pilates with the intensity of Lagree-inspired movement. Expect slow, controlled reps with minimal rest, targeting every major muscle group for maximum time under tension. Great for those who want a challenging, sweat-inducing workout that tones, strengthens, and pushes your limits. Not ideal for beginners or those with injuries.

  • Pure Pilates | Classical Repertoire | Precision & Flow

    Step into the roots of Pilates with our Traditional Reformer class. This class follows the original Joseph Pilates sequences and methodology—structured, precise, and purposeful. You’ll revisit foundational exercises, learn the traditional order, and experience the discipline and flow of classical Pilates. Best suited for students who appreciate structure and are familiar with Pilates basics.

     


  • PILATES MAT CIRCUIT
  • Spice up your weekly workout routine with a Pilates Mat circuit-style class the last Tuesday of every month. Come for a class with several circuits made up of the Pilates mat exercises that you know and love - and maybe some you’ve never done before! There will be props used to complement body weight exercises in timed intervals to help you strengthen and lengthen your muscles in the way only Pilates can do.

  • Stott-Inspired | Balanced | All Levels Welcome

    Our Classic Reformer class follows the contemporary Stott Pilates approach, emphasizing core strength, alignment, and fluid movement. Each instructor brings a unique blend of creativity and training, offering modifications and challenges to suit a variety of levels. Whether you’re new to Pilates or a seasoned practitioner, this is a great place to build strength and improve body awareness.
