Whether you're a seasoned rider or a first-timer, this class is designed to be accessible and empowering for everyone. Grab your bike and get ready for an awesome ride!

  • ARMS & ABS
  • Sculpt and strengthen your upper body and core in this focused, high-energy class. Designed to tone your arms and build a powerful, stable midsection, this session uses a mix of bodyweight exercises and light resistance to deliver a targeted workout that leaves you feeling strong and centered. Perfect for all fitness levels, with modifications to suit everyone!

    This hybrid class combines energizing intervals on the bike with off-the-bike strength training for a powerful one-two punch. Expect a sweat-soaked session that builds cardio endurance and muscular strength — all in under an hour. Great for anyone who loves spin but wants to leave stronger.
